You can choose your friends, you can't choose your Family

Characters of my family range all over the place. This, I think is because of a wide range of ages. My dad views life as it as good as you make it. You should be happy with what you have and what you make of life. His two favorite sayings are “Remember what you take and forget what you give. An “If it don’t kill you, it makes you stronger.” Over all, my dad’s character is laid back and calm. My mom is someone who likes leaning on people for support; she can take care of herself but prefers not to. She thinks I’m the second mother to my siblings and doesn’t like it when I tell her “Keeping a roof over us and feeding us isn’t a chore it’s called being a parent.” Jon, my step-dad’s character is of a great actor. In public he’s a loving father but at home he has to be in everyone’s business; no matter what. Weather it involves him or not he will make himself involved. If he’s not happy’ no one in the house is. Or if someone is having a bad day there is no way it was worse than his. My mom and Jon’s sayings are “we support the house, food, and clothes, you kids pick up everything.”(Not a saying but how they feel.), “We’re going out, watch the kids” (that’s if they say anything at all and don’t just leave.) And “You must show respect, to receive respect.” My sister Olivia thinks she is Queen Sheeba and throws a fit if something isn't to her liking or doesn't go her way. My sister Richelle is the loud mouth of the family. Almost everything she says, she yells. My brother Brandon is the only boy and at times is victim to us girls’ fun. He is the one who wants everything to be done for him. Alyson is my mom’s youngest. She is our half sister and is daddy’s little girl, who can do no wrong. She is the girly, girl and the spoiled one. Xaylie is my dad’s youngest and our half sister as well. She is three months old. Her character is much like my dads, calm and watchful. Rochelle, her mother is strong, independent, and loving. But she also won’t take any shit. Me, being a Taurus I’m stubborn as hell and stand my ground. At first I'm passive until I get to know or trust someone then I let loose. I live up to being a Taurus and don’t hide who I am and what I feel. I will trust them fully and defend their views and opinions, unless I disagree. I’m big on respect and can’t stand it when I or someone else is disrespected. I stick strong to my morals and values and at times I’m hard to live with. My favorite saying, which I got from a friend is “Don’t piss me off; it could be detrimental to your health.” This is because I have a high paisents level but when I do get mad it’s not a good thing. Ask anyone who truly knows me. My grandma G. is uptight and loves holding grudges. My grandpa G. is more forgiving and less strong headed. This is only a small glimpse of my family’s character but from it you can see we’re a handful and much, much more.
